GENERAL SAFETY POLICY

With the ultimate objective of ensuring compliance with legislation on personal data, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GREKOS CONSULTING ensures that all data collected and processed by the company on behalf of their clients:
- are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent way (lawfulness, objectivity, and transparency”),
- are collected for specified, explicit and lawful purposes and do not undergo any further processing in a way that is incompatible with such purposes;
- are appropriate, relevant and necessary for the purposes they are processed (“minimization of data”),
- are accurate and, when necessary, are kept up-to-date by the company itself;
- all reasonable measures are taken for prompt erasure or correction of personal data, which are inaccurate in relation to the objectives of processing (“accuracy”),
- all data are kept in a form allowing identification of any information, exclusively for the time-period required for the purposes of personal data processing,
- undergo processing in a way that ensures appropriate safety of personal data, including among others, protection against any unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, through the use of appropriate technical or organizational measures (“integrity and confidentiality”).
