A Customer Account is the profile created for each customer/user by Grekos Consulting’s automated system. The user / visitor / customer, upon registration or upon submission of any form, declares that the information provided by him is true and accurate and is obliged to update his account profile with the new information.

By using this Website, the user agrees, accepts and consents to comply with these terms and conditions and is bound by them and any changes/modifications to any technical support agreement and privacy policy that the user chooses. In the event that the user does not agree to comply with these terms and conditions, any use or access to this Website is prohibited, otherwise he is obliged to compensate Grekos Consulting.

The user of Grekos Consulting’s services is solely responsible for any misuse of the services offered, based on the username and password chosen during registration. Any use of the services offered by Grekos Consulting by the user automatically implies the unreserved acceptance of these terms and the acceptance of the support terms by the user. For its services, Grekos Consulting may apply additional terms or service requirements, which will be available in the relevant Services and will form an integral part of this Agreement, in the event that the user uses these services. The continued use of Grekos Consulting services by the user implies their unconditional acceptance. Otherwise, the user is obliged to discontinue the use of the services. The continued use of the Grekos Consulting service by the user, after any such change, implies their full and unconditional acceptance, the user’s absolute commitment to any terms and the user’s obligation to comply with the terms, conditions, services and price list, as they have changed. If there is a conflict between these terms and additional terms, the additional terms prevail.

Changes related to specific features of a new service, prices, or changes made for legal reasons will take effect immediately. If the user does not agree with the modified terms of use or service provision, or prices, he must stop using the service, otherwise he is deemed to unconditionally accept all of the above. Grekos Consulting reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to the user, to assign its rights under this or any other agreement that is an entity, to any third party without the user’s consent. The use of Grekos Consulting in no way grants the user ownership of any intellectual property rights relating to the Services or the content to which he/she gains access. The use of such content from the Services by the user is expressly prohibited and also the user does not have the right to use any trademarks or logos used in the Grekos Consulting Services, otherwise he is subject to compensation.

All trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on this Website (the “Trademarks”) are registered and unregistered trademarks of Grekos Consulting or its affiliates and the user is not entitled to reproduce, display or use in any other way any Trademark without the prior written permission of Grekos Consulting, otherwise he/she is subject to compensation. If necessary, Grekos Consulting may perform scheduled or emergency repairs or maintenance or remote repair or upgrade of its software in connection with the provision of its services to the user, which may cause temporary interruption of the services and could lead to partial or complete discontinuation of the services. Any degradation or interruption of the Website or Services during such maintenance does not allow for a refund or credit of any amounts paid by the user nor does it entitle any user to compensation.

Any delay or failure of Grekos Consulting to exercise all of its rights due to breach of all agreements or delay in exercising any of its rights under this contract or the user’s failure to fulfill some of his obligations, does not imply a waiver of its rights.
